Necessary Information For all requests: Your name, phone number, your fourteen digit library card number, E-mail address (if available), and status at NVCC. For books: Author's full name Title Date, Publisher and Place of publication(if known) For articles: Title of periodical, journal, or magazine (NO ABBREVIATIONS) Author's full name Article title Volume, issue number, date, and page numbers, and ISSN number (if available) For both books and articles: please provide Source of reference (meaning where did you obtain your citation?, if from an electronic database like Masterfile Premier from Ebsco, FirstSearch?, etc.). Please supply as much information as you can. To prevent processing delays, do not abbreviate the title of your journals. If you have questions regarding your citation, please consult a librarian or staff member. |

| Find the material you need in the request database and check the locations around the state that have it and are lenders, and then go to get it yourself, or have a friend with library privileges in that library pick it up for you. |
